I think I mentioned to you that I found you when I needed a new hot water heater, and I was so impressed with the service I got (I had the new hot water heater as well as some new faucets installed) that I wanted to make sure I talked to you before doing the new furnace and air conditioner. One of the things I liked best was that you (and your plumbing colleagues) were really honest with us about what sorts of equipment (be it the hot water heater or the HVAC stuff) we *could* buy, and then what you thought was best for our home and our lifestyle. My husband and I are fairly new homeowners, and we have not had to make these kinds of decisions before, so it was really helpful to have that professional advice (in terms we could understand!). The actual installation/removal of the old equipment went very well for us - you and your crew were fantastic! I remember that there were a few issues with putting in the new hot water heater since the new model was bigger than the old one we had and there was some new piping that you had to build for us. It was so great to have people who not only understood what the problem was, but they were able to fix it right there! Everyone I've worked with from Mahoney has been very friendly and polite and clearly knew his/her stuff. They all treated me and our home with respect (kept clean work areas, showed up when they said they would, things like that). We even called you guys in on New Year's Day to replace our sump pump (it died!). The emergency service was incredible - the gentleman was at our house within a few hours of our call and had a new sump pump already in his truck for us. He even stayed extra time to do a dye test and make sure that we weren't draining the pumped-out water right back into our basement."
